I made the same mistake earlier. If you hit the reply to option, make sure you are sending to helpers@lists.dal.net (or whatever list) instead of just to the thread poster, or whoever.

A private email was sent referring to the # channel (no characters after the #). The channel does exist. I forgot to add that to my initial thread. Thanks for catching that!

To access it's web content, my guess, would be...

htt p://channels. dal. net/%23/ ft p://%23:password@channels. dal. net/
