Hey!

As some of you might know, the founder of #helpdesk has expired along with the channel. This means that the channel automatically loses its status and at this point is no longer a recommended HC channel. Should the new founder desire to become one he must re-apply to the HC and be evaluated like any other new channel.

FYI: If send users to #helpdesk remember they are no longer a HC channel and therefore don't have to follow our policies.
