Hey! Just to inform you that services has been updated a bit. The biggest change is that ENFORCE cannot be turned off. This is to protect the users from having their nicks stolen or used in an act of crime. Spanish help channel

Hello! As you may already know, we lost the recommended spanish help channel some time ago due to the founder nick expired. The HC decided to look into what should be done, since there was more than one channel wanting in on that vacant position. HC has decided to once again put the trust upon #DALnetAyuda and its new founder dros. There is a minor change at the beginning though. The channel will be put on a time of probation before being evaluated again before being called permanent. Please refer to #DALnetAyuda if you come across a Spanish speaking user in need of help. Hello! As some may know, RacerX had to step down as channel lead for #nixhelp due to RL commitments. He is now back again, twice as dedicated, twice as mean and twice as helpful ;). The HC welcomes RacerX back to the position as channel lead for the unix/linux help channel #nixhelp. From this moment #helpdesk is once again a recommended Help Committee channel. The channel #helpdesk mainly deals with scripting and bots. Hello! The #helpdesk staff along with its new founder have applied to HC to regain their lost HC status when the prior founder nick expired. It has been decided to put #helpdesk on a probation. Hey! As some of you might know, the founder of #helpdesk has expired along with the channel. This means that the channel automatically loses its status and at this point is no longer a recommended HC channel. Should the new founder desire to become one he must re-apply to the HC and be evaluated like any other new channel. FYI: If send users to #helpdesk remember they are no longer a HC channel and therefore don't have to follow our policies. Hey everyone! HC is proud to present a new help channel that has been approved the first viewing and from today is on a month's probation. The channel in question is #Msiahelp who will be an equivalent channel to #help (IRC and DALnet related questions) and such channels for our Malaysian and Indonesian speaking users. Please be sending users to that channels who fits the description for help and please report both good and bad feedback about the channel to hc(a)dal.net for the future evaluation of the probation.
