Hello..

I just wanted to make a suggestion regarding memoserv ignore.

since everything else uses a numbered system when using the list command.. I thought it would be nice if memoserv ignore also numbered the ignored nicks/masks so you could do something like /memoserv ignore del 3

as far as i've noticed this is the only list that is NOT numbered
