BUT, I'll take it a step further, exempt list to receive memos in general from users/channels - but not from certain users or channels: maybe /ns set nomemo on 'nick' AND /ns set nomemo on #channelname

I believe what lionel is requesting is the feature of an exempt list for those wishing to activate the nomemo option. IE, I want to not receive memos in general, but allow memos for a certain channel to pass through.

I wouldn't mind a feature such as this myself, perhaps a nochanmemo option of sorts.
