-ChanServ- Removes operator status from all users on the named channel who -ChanServ- don't outrank the user, ie an AOp can't deop a SOp. Limited to -ChanServ- channel AutoOps and above.

When aop issue this command in a channel, that has a sop in it, aop would get:

-ChanServ- You cannot mass deop a channel with higher ranking ops in it than you.

This is rather contradicting. Chanserv says i should be able to massdeop fellow aops in the channel, even if there's a sop there, but chanserv doesnt allow me to do it.

Fixing the help message would probably be the easiest solution, but not the best imo.
