This would allow me to register the nick <Blazé>. This is my surname, hence my desire to register this nick.

It's not really a services issue as it's an IRCd "limitation" but I personally wouldn't want to it to be changed at this time. I think it'll only open more options to impersonate others and confusion (UTF-8 vs non-UTF-8).
