I am one of your clients with registred nick and i try to acces channels "dubai" and "leb" and I keep receiving the message..unable to join channel (address is banned).
I would be grateful to know why I receive this message and how I can solve the problem.

There could be several reasons for your ban. Take a look at http://docs.dal.net/docs/banguide.html It is however ideally better if you visit the official help channel #dalnethelp for live help/guidance.
