Dear DALnet services admins,
I would like to report about bug in services, the bug in the noop feature, when you turn on the "noop" feature from nickserv it suppose to not allow anyone to give your nickname any access except "akick" by chanserv.
The bug is that any channel sop/manager/founder can add you as anything after he added you in the akick list by chaning the access from akick to aop/sop/manager.
by the following:
- /chanserv akick #channel add nickname
- /chanserv aop #channel add nickname
even if the nickname's noop feature is on!
