The bug is that any channel sop/manager/founder can add you as anything after he added you in the akick list by chaning the access from akick to aop/sop/manager.

by the following:

1. /chanserv akick #channel add nickname
2. /chanserv aop #channel add nickname

even if the nickname's noop feature is on!

Thanks for the report, this bug has been fixed as part of today's services update.
