FYI - We have disabled the NickServ AUTH command for authorizing newly
registered nicks. New nicks must be AUTH'ed with the users.dal.net
website.
If someone is having problems to authorize their nick due to being
detected as an open proxy/public VPN, please refer them to #OperHelp
who can look into it further and help or deny them.
