Hi, Sean.
I'm learning python and I was thinking, I should make an IRC bot. Is it alright to use your network for testing? I don't know how you feel about constant connects and disconnects. If you're against it, I'll set up my own ircd. I'd rather not though. Figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.
