Right, that's definitely something to consider... I would add that if the channel is not moderated and a user speaks, the server should automatically voice them and make them visible to the rest of the channel. As for the hiding of mode changes, I don't think channel users should care about the mode changes and I would surely not want them to see MODE +b floods during flood attempts (as the JOINs+KICKs are invisible to them). -Kobi.
