I really like this idea, this would take away the ability of spammers to use relays and let channel operators remove spammers without having to rely on opers to track down the relays. However, upon giving this more thought... would it not be easier to automatically set +R on connection? -- This message has been scanned for viruses and dangerous content by MailScanner, and is believed to be clean.
