AKicks are only checked when a user joins. If a registered nick doesn&#39;t have Enforced, then an AKick wouldn&#39;t target the user due to no confirmation that it&#39;s the registered owner of the nick, who is the target of the AKick. If he then becomes a valid target following the check, then he still wouldn&#39;t be kicked because he hasn&#39;t joined.<br>
<br>This is the same reason ChanServ doesn&#39;t enforce an AKick when it&#39;s first added if the person is in the channel. <br><br>This is also the same reason ChanServ doesn&#39;t op someone in a channel when they identify to their nick if they&#39;re on the AOp or SOp list. <br>

<br>Take into consideration that if someone on dialup has a registered nick, and does not identify to it the next time they connect. Their IP address would be different than the last time they connected, and ChanServ wouldn&#39;t be able to identify them as the registered nick owner.<br>

<br>When you add just a registered nick to akick it can only akick if it confirms that the person in question owns the nick. If you akick based on hostmask, it won&#39;t matter. <br><br>

It does&#39;nt matter User is identified or not Chanserv should akick him/her identified or without identified or atleast identified. So i just consider it as a bug and Discuss it with Kobi_S.
