For S2S encryption, we use RC4 with DH key exchange. This can be enabled with the "E" flag in the "connect" block on both servers.

For C2S encryption, we use TLS with standard public/private key infrastructure (either self-signed or issued by a CA). This can be enabled with the "S" flag in the "port" block on the server.
