[DALnet-src] bahamut says netsplit?

Hello! I have a single server set up here at work. with bahamut ircd. Everything works fine, but when i create a new channel it says "*** Notice -- Due to a network split, you can not obtain channel operator status in a new channel at this time." But i dont have any other connected servers, and i have uncomment those lines in the config. What to do? Thank! Daniel
