[DALnet-src] Bahamut Joins GitHub!

Greetings all, After some consideration and research, we've decided to make Bahamut available on github. This will help to streamline patch acceptance and distribution. I'll continue to support the old mechanism of accepting patches (by way of posts to one of the mailing lists), but there are now other mechanisms built into Github that will allow things to function cleaner.
