bahamut 2.0.6 hides all mode and topic changes from non-opped/non-voiced users in all channels, even if the channel is not set to auditorium mode. Thanks to nt-spki for reporting this bug. (repeat of RuneB's post to the admin list)... I challenged srd to fix this bug, and I believe he did. He will post a patch shortly for evaluation by the coding team and the community.
