Hello,
I tried to assist a user in #help today with a topic command, and he says that the channel has Sticky Topic in the options which means "Keeptopic" is already ON.
Based on /ChanServ HELP SET_KEEPTOPIC and the Documents we have for ChanServ. While enabling Keeptopic option to a channel that means the channel will keep the topic until someone recreate another topic.
Unfortunately, I tested this by myself to the channel #Fiuba that the user mentioned to me today, and I still dont see the Keeptopic options doing the required function. Once everyone leave the channel. The topic become empty, is that normal ?
