Your note certainly expresses the frustrating moments you are going through
due to the recent spam(s) you have reported and I sincerely empathize with
you on this.
However, I'd like to suggest you to do the following for a better and
speedy resolution.
a. Logon to this link via your web-browser:
https://users.dal.net/karnaf/new.php
b. Select Ticket Type: Problem
c. Select Ticket Category: Report an abusive user
d. Provide your Real Name and Nickname(used on DALnet network)
e. Detailed logs with joins/parts of IP-addresses and nicknames observed
causing this spam in all channels you see this occurring.
f. Screenshots if available(like you attached here), but logs will be
required for sure.
Please bear in mind the staff/IRC operators are volunteers who take out
time from their real & personal life to help resolve tickets as soon as
they receive it and perform some investigation based on data that you
provide which would take 48-72hrs plus or minus. So, IMHO patience is a key
here.
