what about +s and +p

Since we are in the spirit of fixing modes... what about with regards to the channel private (+p) and secret modes (+s). They are no longer different but exactly the same. Perhaps changing +p to its original function or removing it, in its entirety would be an idea. Thanks Kookaburra/Adam

Greetings All, As you may well have noticed, there was an issue with the +c channel mode in 1.8.5 relating to blocking characters that it shouldn't. This has been fixed, and 1.8.6 released. The patch is here: http://code.dal.net/release/bahamut-1.8.6.patch Apply it with `patch -p1 < bahamut-1.8.6.patch` in the bahamut directory (against 1.8.5). Also, here is the new tarball: http://code.dal.net/release/bahamut-1.8.6.tar.gz Sorry for the quick succession of releases. -epi

colors codes problems

Hello there im user in DALnet and i join arabic channel #الكويت the channel mode is +c and our language in main channel is arabic, the promlem is the channel mode read arabic letters like colors codes and can't send msg to main channel with eacho reason: #الكويت You cannot use control codes on this channel. Not sent: الو and even i switch off my scripts remote (/remote off) and using black color i cant type in main channel , when i use english font i can type.. thise new problem happen befor 2 days with other users in the same channel thats mean when i use english font i can type in main channel,but can not with arabic font. please we need to find the problem and fix it. Bahamut 1.8.5 Released!

Greetings All, After a long hiatus, the coding team has released Bahamut 1.8.5. This release is a minor patch release, including several bug fixes and a few enhancements. This is the first release we've made since switching to git late last year. Primarily of note will be the removal of zlib from the Bahamut source tree. You will now have to install zlib yourself as a third-party dependency. You can find more information about the zlib library at www.zlib.net. Other items of note: - We've updated the source tree for x86_64 support. We're not entirely sure this is complete due to lack of x64 testing hardware, but we haven't seen any issues. - We've added hooks for the following events:
